Understanding the Ending of Your Relationship
The ending of a relationship, whether it's a friendship or lover, doesn't mean it was a mystake, doesn't mean it has to be labeled as a bad situation. Not all relationships are forever and the reason is because we come together with people to learn about ourselves. Each of us have our own experience learning about love, learning about how to express our truth, be in our hearts, respect ourselves, connect deeper to who we are and what will work for us, learning how we give our power away, what empowers us and what doesn't work for us.
We are continually fine-tuning and going into deeper parts of ourselves. When our lesson is over with a particular person, we can BE GRATEFUL FOR THE EXCHANGE, for the experience and send them away with LOVE AND GRATITUDE.
Many of us have a difficult time letting go with the familiar, letting go with security because we afraid of what we don't known, and we are thinking the worst. The sooner we can switch from focusing on what we don't have anymore to what we learned, we can walk away nuturing the beautiful lessons we had the courage to awaken to.
When that relationship is over. Sit quiet and contemplate:
1. How did you show up in this relationship that was different than others?
2. What are you proud of about yourself?
3. What did you learn about yourself from this relationship about the type of people you do want to be around?
4. What pattern or life changing awareness have you had about yourself through this relationship??
5. What fears were triggered?
It's very important to BELIEVE new friends and lovers are already there for YOU! Believe that with your focused attention, strong desire, unstoppable optimism, appropriate action, and trust & faith, all that your heart desires ARE there for YOU! See it, FEEL IT inside your body, and you will be lead by each whisper inside your heart! Create a new script to live inside, one that places you in a world of miracles!

Connection to Unconditional LOVE and Divine Truth
Close your eyes. Sit and belly breathe for a few minutes. Place your hands on your heart and take several relaxing breaths.
Visualize a beautiful white gold light up in the sky. Imagine that this is the frequency of God, creator source. See this light all around you and inside of you. Connect this unconditional love, goodness, beauty and Divine truth to every part of you. Feel the love! Create a list of the qualities in a friend or lover that is important to you.
For example:
1. Great communicator & expressor of love & feelings.
2. Honest and forthright
3. Grounded within themselves with a sense of awareness.
