  • Online Gentle Self-nurturing Yoga Classes with Laurie Martin


    One thing I love about our online yoga class, it’s one hour of connecting through the heart beyond divisiveness. It’s a time to just “be” human to human, heart to heart, spirit to spirit. 💗

    These ONLINE “live” gentle, self-nurturing group yoga classes are offered Sundays, and Fridays at 10:00 am, Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am EST and Saturdays at 10:30 am, EST. Registration closes thirty minutes prior to the start of class.

    De-stress and stretch in your pajamas!
    1. You are in the comfort and privacy of your home anywhere in the world with the choice to be seen or not.
    2. You spend one hour of your day in enjoyment, inner peace & relaxation and not thinking about what is going on in the world.
    3. You practice to be mindful, present for yourself, increase self-nurturing and connection with your body.
    4. You practice positive thoughts for yourself and total respect for your body.
    5. You are part of a group of lovely people.
    6. You are doing a different routine and different poses each class.

    Each person participating in the online yoga in each home is considered a participant, therefore each person is responsible for the online yoga fee, even if it’s a visitor or guest. All children between the ages of 6 – 16 are free to participate with paid adult in the same household. These online “live” yoga classes are done through your computer through ZOOM and are available Internationally. The gentle class is geared toward all levels- from the beginner to the experienced student. Also, my entire website is secure and encrypted.


    1.) Drop-in fee to any class: $12.00 PER PERSON PER CLASS in each home.

    2.) Unlimited four week group online yoga: $70.00 for one-month unlimited group online yoga for ONE between October 12 – November 9, 2020.

    3.) Private online session: $70.00 for a private online zoom yoga session geared towards your body’s needs.

    Participation Guidlines:
    1. Once you are paid, please email Laurie Martin the class you plan on attending.
    2. All participants must sign a yoga liability waiver.

    3. On the morning of the scheduled class you plan to attend, through email, you will receive the zoom link. If you do not see the email from me, please check your spam or junk folder.

    4. At the end of each class, participants will unmute themselves and sign up for future classes.

    Laurie Martin received her yoga certification in 2002, where she completed her 200 hours through the At One Yoga Studio teacher training program in Scottsdale, AZ. Laurie has over 50,000 hours teaching yoga.

    If you are not local to my area, I recommend my yoga dvd video. It’s a basic yoga class for all levels.

    This yoga DVD is a fun forty-five minute practice and includes positive affirmations. This video is a “basic” level yoga class.  During the class, I guide  you with gentle instruction through breathing and relaxing, getting centered and stretching asanas, followed by sun salutations and standing warrior poses and balancing poses. The class finishes with lying down on the back poses into a guided relaxation pose called shavasana. It is recommended for all levels.
