Heart Opening Gentle Yoga

Heart Opening Gentle Yoga OUTSIDE IN NATURE. We are present, together as a group, soul to soul, heart to heart breathing, moving our bodies & relaxing. Our focus during class is self-nourishing, loving kindness to our bodies. We stay connected to our bodies, stretching, breathing and moving in a way that is totally comfortable for us. We do seated poses, standing poses, and lying down poses.
The final pose is a relaxing, stress release, heart healing meditation.
During the Meditation, sound therapy is used with a tuning fork. The soothing sound helps quiet the busy mind, and brings us back into harmony and inner peace and a state of just “being”. The meditation is grounding with a focus on connecting to our heart, and releasing all stress and tension and coming home to our inner peace and natural essence and resting in our heart.
Questions/Interest/Reserve Your Spot? (Limited to 8 people a class.)
What to bring? Participants bring two beach towels for the
ground and then a thick yoga mat on-top, and a small pillow.

Laurie Martin received her yoga certification in 2002, where she completed her 200 hours through the At One Yoga Studio teacher training program in Scottsdale, AZ. Laurie has over 50,000 hours teaching yoga.
